BuiltTrack Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how InnovateMore LLC ("InnovateMore," "we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the BuiltTrack platform (the "Service"). This Policy applies to Users we provision access for, and to Invited Parties (such as contractors or bidders) who access limited portals within the Service.
BuiltTrack is a business-to-business platform. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individual consumers acting in a personal capacity, or from children under the age of 18.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information. When your organization provisions your access, we collect your name, work email address, job title/role, and company name.
1.2 Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including login timestamps, pages and modules accessed, actions taken (e.g., approvals, bid submissions), IP address, browser type, and device information.
1.3 Customer Data. The Service allows you and your organization to upload and manage project data, including budgets, contracts, invoices, change orders, bid submissions, and related documents ("Customer Data"). Customer Data may include business and financial information and, in some cases, personal information about your employees, contractors, or vendors (such as names and contact details of bidders or approvers). Your organization is responsible for ensuring it has the right to submit any personal information contained in Customer Data, and for providing any required notices to the individuals concerned.
1.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, and understand usage of the Service. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
1.5 Acceptance Records. When you accept our Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy, we record your name, email address, the date and time of acceptance, and the version accepted.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including role-based access and approval workflows;
- authenticate Users and secure accounts;
- respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service;
- monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Service's performance and functionality;
- maintain records of acceptance of our Terms of Service and this Policy;
- detect, prevent, and investigate misuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Service;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer Data to train models or products outside the context of providing the Service to the Customer that submitted it, without separate written consent.
3. How We Share Information
We do not share personal information except as follows:
- Service Providers. We may share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics), under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Within Your Organization. Account information and certain usage data may be visible to authorized administrators within your own organization (e.g., an IT Admin managing user roles).
- Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of InnovateMore, our Users, or others.
- Business Transfers. If InnovateMore is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
We do not share Customer Data across unrelated Customer organizations. Data submitted by one Customer is not made visible to another Customer.
4. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or through the Service.
5. Data Retention
We retain account information and Customer Data for as long as your organization's account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon written request following account termination, we will delete or return Customer Data within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Where applicable law (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation) grants you these rights, you may exercise them by contacting us at support@innovatemore.dev. Because the Service is provisioned through your employer or organization, some requests regarding Customer Data may need to be directed to your organization's administrator in the first instance.
7. International Data Transfers
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where InnovateMore or its service providers operate. Where required, we will implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be presented to Users for re-acceptance upon next login. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised.
